Information you give us
When you fill in a contact or project inquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. When you apply for a job through the site, we collect your name, contact details, the resume or CV you upload and anything you include in it, such as work history and references. When you email or call us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the page or search that brought you here, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. The site also stores a small first-party cookie that remembers the referral or campaign that brought you to us, so we know which of our marketing efforts are working.
Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, keep server and security logs that include IP addresses. Security software on the site logs login attempts and blocks suspicious traffic.
How we use your information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry or bid request, to consider your job application, to run and secure the site, to understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to us, and to send you information you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.
Who we share it with
We share information with the companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, so our team can respond and keep track of the conversation.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager process site usage data on our behalf.
- Cloudflare and our web host process traffic and server logs to deliver and protect the site.
- Our email delivery provider sends the confirmation and notification emails generated by the site.
Some pages embed content from other companies: videos from YouTube and social media posts from Instagram and other networks. When those elements load, the provider may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that data.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visit, you can install Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. We keep job applications so we can consider you for the role you applied for and for similar roles that open later, unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s retention settings for our account.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you additional rights: to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy of it, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, use the contact details above. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you if you give them written permission.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the site and access controls on our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.
