OUR HISTORY

Frank’s grandfather, Anthony Bodami Sr., and his father, Anthony Jr., immigrated from Sicily to the United States, where they soon found work in residential construction, building porches for local homes.

In those early years, they gathered rocks from nearby beaches to use in their projects. Although they worked hard, they knew there had to be a more sustainable path forward.

That opportunity came when a local resident asked them to dismantle a small structure for a modest fee. The project introduced them to demolition work and opened the door to a new future in their adopted country.

As Frank continued to work hard, he steadily gained valuable experience and took on greater responsibilities at Lebis Enterprises. What began as a small family business continued to grow, creating new opportunities for him to learn and advance.

Starting as a laborer, Frank worked his way up to Lead Foreman. Along the way, he developed expertise in equipment operation, estimating, project management, and every aspect of the demolition business.

Frank enrolled in the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership through the School of Management, where he strengthened his leadership skills and prepared for greater responsibilities in the demolition industry.

While completing the program, he continued expanding his expertise in environmental services, surveying, project management, and specialized industry training. The experience helped shape the leadership approach and business principles that continue to guide the company today.

Upon graduation, Frank became an alumnus of the School of Management and the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, further strengthening the foundation for the next chapter of his career.

Having grown up in the demolition industry, Frank understood from an early age that safety had to be more than hard hats and OSHA compliance. As Titan continued to grow, he recognized that the company had reached an important turning point.

Frank wanted to do more than expand the company’s national presence. He wanted to take on the industry’s largest and most complex industrial demolition projects while building a business defined by safety, family values, and innovation.

That realization became the catalyst for the next chapter. Titan had built a strong reputation, but Frank knew there was still an opportunity to raise the standard for industrial demolition and create something even greater.

Growing up in a family business, Frank never expected his last name to earn him special treatment. He started as a laborer at Lebis Enterprises, and every promotion that followed was earned through hard work, determination, and dedication. That commitment to earning success—not inheriting it—became a core value shared throughout the Bodami family.

Sandy Sr. joined Titan in 1998 to lead the company’s financial operations. Over the years, her role expanded significantly. Today, she oversees accounting, human resources, operations, and many of the day-to-day administrative functions that keep Total Wrecking running smoothly.

In 2014, their daughter, Sandy Jr., founded Total Wrecking’s marketing department while completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has played a key role in growing the company’s digital presence, strengthening its brand, and expanding its visibility. Today, she serves in a company-wide leadership role overseeing marketing, business development, bid estimating, operations, and more.

Frank and Sandy Sr.’s son, Frank Jr., has been around the business since he could walk—just like his father before him. When he was old enough to work, he earned an entry-level field position and learned the business from the ground up. Today, he follows the estimating path, helping prepare bids, coordinate subcontractors, perform site visits, manage inventory, and work closely with field operations.
