Total Wrecking & Environmental has taken structures down in dense, occupied settings across the country: a seven-story parking garage across from the National Memorial in downtown Oklahoma City, a medical campus in Maryland, a century-old mill building wedged between four active structures in Louisiana. Whatever the footprint, the crew brings the same planning and equipment we use on power plants and paper mills: engineered sequencing and robotic or high-reach machines, run by a superintendent who has done this before.

One recent urban project involved the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) seven-story parking structure in downtown Oklahoma City. Working across from the National Memorial & Museum, Total Wrecking stabilized the compromised structure with emergency bracing and protection systems, then dismantled it using Brokk robotic demolition units and a Komatsu 490 UHD high-reach excavator.

This ultra complex project also involved:
• Real-time cameras, drones, and proprietary tracking apps monitored progress and safety.
• Dust Boss suppression and adaptive recycling maintained compliance and cleanliness.
• The project recycled over 7,000 tons of material with a 99.997% recovery rate.
• Despite tight access, city events, and severe weather, the project was completed on time and on budget, with zero safety incidents.
